You may use Yoracle only if you can form a binding agreement with us and if using the platform is permitted in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your access, trading activity, and wallet usage comply with local law and any restrictions that apply to you.

We may refuse service, limit access, or require additional verification when needed to satisfy legal, compliance, security, or operational requirements.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when you register, sign in, or connect a wallet. Keep your verification codes, devices, wallets, and credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or connected wallet unless the activity results from our own error.

We may suspend or restrict access if we detect suspicious behavior, attempted abuse, sanctions risk, account compromise, or conduct that could harm other users or the platform.

Yoracle may support deposits, withdrawals, and internal balance updates using third-party infrastructure providers, custodians, and blockchain networks. Processing times depend on network conditions, security checks, and operational controls.

You must only send supported assets on supported networks to the addresses provided to you. Sending the wrong asset, using the wrong network, or transferring to an outdated or incorrect address may result in delay or permanent loss.

Prices, charts, order books, and market data are provided for informational and transactional use only. We do not guarantee that any market, quote, settlement timeline, or liquidity condition will remain available.

All trading involves risk. You may lose the full value of the funds you commit. Past market activity, implied probabilities, and displayed outcomes are not guarantees of future performance or final resolution.

You may not misuse the platform, interfere with normal operations, attempt to bypass limits or controls, submit false or misleading information, use another person’s identity, or engage in unlawful, manipulative, abusive, or deceptive conduct.

You may not use Yoracle to violate sanctions, export controls, anti-money laundering rules, or any rules that apply to regulated financial or prediction market activity in your location.

We may apply risk controls, velocity limits, withdrawal checks, verification steps, geo-restrictions, or manual review to protect users and the platform. We may delay, reject, reverse, or investigate activity where required by policy, law, or security needs.

Operational controls may include wallet policy enforcement, gas top-up controls, automated sweeps, transaction review, or third-party custody rules. These controls are part of the service design and may affect the timing of deposits and withdrawals.

The platform is provided on an as available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and error-free operation.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for losses caused by unsupported transfers, user error, wallet compromise outside our systems, blockchain congestion, third-party provider failures, or events outside our reasonable control.
